Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the original packaging. We cannot accept merchandise for return with damaged or missing material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the merchandise.

Keep your Invoice with your important records
We will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.

Return / Exchange Policy
We are highly concerned with 100% customer satisfaction.We are confident that you will be impressed with the quality of our products and will enjoy them for many years to come. We back-up this level of confidence with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.If for any reason you receive a good that is damaged or has quality issues, we will replace that item for you. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. All items returned for a exchange, will be subject to an additional shipping charge appropriate for the exchanged item(s) shipped back to you. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns or exchanges.To return an item you must email us (info@mozzin.com or support@mozzin.com ) for prior approval and obtain an RMA number. Write the obtaied RMA# on USPS label clearly.( NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA# ) Ship to us thru USPS only and PRE-PAID. We cannot refund the cost of other shipping methods should you choose to return your merchandise without using system.

All products from mozzin is sold in our original packaging. Merchandise can be returned only if in original our packaging, same condition as sold. Place our box into a shipping carton.
Please do not place Invoice, stickers or shipping labels on the original package.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.We will accept returns on NON-PERSONALIZED and UNTITLED items only.
Personalized items where there was an error made by mozzin in completing the order will be replaced and shipped at no extra charge to the customer.No Refunds or Exchanges Will Be Made After 30 Days from the date of shipment.Any returns received by mozzin that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.

International buyers
As we are located in S.Korea and all your order are shipped from here, please be advised that the custom department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country border. It’s contents differs from each countries depend on their policy. We would appreciate your understanding that we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by customs on the purchase.
